Epsom Salt & Lavender Bath Soak
Soothes sore muscles and improves circulation
Epsom Salt is magnesium sulfate, a natural muscle relaxant
1. Put 2 cups of epsom salts in hot bath and 5-6 drops of lavender oil.
2. Add 10 drops of eucalyptus oil if you are congested.
3. Get in bath and relax!
